3. Why We Collect Information
We use your information to:

  • Respond to messages or inquiries you send

We do not sell or share your personal information with advertisers or third-party marketers.

4. How We Store and Protect Information
Your personal information is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Sharing Information with Third Parties
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except:

  • Service Providers – such as Google Analytics, to help us analyze website usage

  • Legal Requirements – if required by law to disclose your information

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Speransa uses cookies to ensure our website functions properly and to improve user experience through analytics. By continuing to use our website, you consent to the use of cookies as described below.

Types of Cookies We Use:

  • Essential Cookies – These are necessary for the operation of our website. They enable core functionalities such as page navigation and secure access to forms. The website cannot function properly without these cookies.

  • Performance and Analytics Cookies – We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous information about how visitors use our website. This includes data on pages visited, time spent on pages, bounce rates, and traffic sources. These cookies help us understand and improve user experience and content relevance.

Cookie Consent:
You are presented with a cookie consent banner upon your first visit to our website, allowing you to accept or manage your preferences. You can change your cookie settings at any time through your browser settings.

Data Retention:
Analytics data collected via cookies is stored for a maximum of 13 months, in line with GDPR recommendations. After this period, data is automatically deleted.

Managing Cookies:
You can disable or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. However, please note that disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of the website.

7. Embedded Social Media Content
We display content from our Instagram account. These plugins may collect information about your interaction. We do not collect this data ourselves. Please refer to Instagram's Privacy Policy for more information.

8. Social Sharing Features

Our blog posts include “share” buttons that let you post links to Speransa content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Pinterest. These buttons are supplied by the social networks themselves.

What data is collected (and by whom)

  • When the buttons load, the social network may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details and the exact page you are visiting—even if you do not click the button. Cookies or similar trackers may also be set to recognise you on future visits.

  • If you click a share button, the social platform will record that action under your personal profile in accordance with its own Privacy Policy. Speransa never receives your login credentials and only sees aggregated statistics (e.g., total share counts).

Legal basis for processing

  • Because social-sharing trackers are non-essential, we rely on your explicit consent under Article 6 (1)(a) GDPR before they are activated. You can grant or withdraw this consent at any time via our cookie banner or the “Cookie Settings” link in the site footer.

Third-party responsibility

  • Once a link or excerpt is shared, it becomes public according to the privacy settings of your social-media account. Removing a comment from our website does not delete shares that already exist on third-party platforms. To delete or limit such content, please use the tools those platforms provide.

  • For details on how each network processes your data, please refer to their respective privacy policies (e.g. Meta/Facebook, Instagram, X Corp., LinkedIn, Pinterest, WhatsApp).

9. Your Rights
If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, California, or other regions with privacy laws, you have the right to:

  • Request access to your data

  • Request correction or deletion

  • Withdraw consent for future use

To make a request, please contact us via the methods below.
